How should God's story impact our daily lives?

How should God’s story impact our daily lives?  God’s story impacts our lives in many ways.  If you have a good understanding of God’s story, your life should be lived for him and to glorify him.  You should live for God, and when either good or bad things happen in your life, you should give the thanks to God.  You should try to be the best Christian you can be every day because God’s only son gave his life so that we could live ours.  God’s story should lead a person to be a good person and attempt to do the right thing with everything they do.

The Bible.

The Bible.  The age long story of God, the creation of the world, and Jesus Christ.  The Bible begins with the book of Genesis, telling how the world was created.  The book begins with God creating the universe.  God says “Lets there be light” and it is so.  He then creates night and day.  He also creates human beings, a man and a woman named Adam and Eve.  The Bible repeatedly states that as God creates, he sees everything is “good”, including when he saw everything he made, and thought it was “very good”.  Also, in Genesis, first sin was committed.  God had told both Adam and Eve that the could eat from any tree, except the one in the middle of the garden.  Adam and Eve obeyed the rule, until the serpent, which was also Satan, told them that the reason God did not want them to eat from that tree was because if they did, “their eyes would be opened, and they would be like God, knowing good and evil”.  After hearing this, both Adam and Eve eat from the tree.  When this happens, they both appear naked.  God then comes in and when he asks what happened, Eve replies, “The serpent tricked me, and I ate”.  When he hears this, God curses all animals.
